when thinking about how someone can doubt me, and my words, and what i mean, and if i'm true, and all of those etceteras, i thought about how you can't really doubt the word. it has a dictionary definition in the OED and we fall back on that time and time again. the word doubt exists. it exists.
as my thoeries on past/present/future have evolved and i have learnt to doubt some and accept others, to refuse some wholly and accept others fully, i have been able to deny their existence. but like doubt, how can i doubt the words? they exist.
