strange time in my life

I fell asleep listening to radio 4 last night,

I didn't even hear the end of the headlines.

Today, on the 14th of January,
I saw a figure walk past me,
I noticed her hair in my peripheral vision but I didn't move my eyes.
Later I saw the same hair move away from me,
the back of her head descending down the stairs.

Three weeks ago this would have made me move my eyes,
forced my hands to shake,
increased my breathing and heart rate,
distorted memories, facts and perceptions of space, time and distance.

 When the computer wakes up from its sleep, the Intellident View Status software needs to be restarted in order for it to work again.

Please can the settings be changed?
